About Us

We built Nexora because hiring deserved better.

Too many businesses were losing time, money, and momentum to a broken hiring process. We set out to fix that — with rigour, honesty, and a genuine commitment to outcomes.

Our story

Started with a frustration. Built into a practice.

Nexora was founded in 2026 by a team of HR practitioners who had spent years watching businesses make the same hiring mistakes — rushing to fill roles, skipping process, and paying the price in turnover and lost productivity.

We started with a simple belief: that the best hiring outcomes come from treating recruitment as a strategic discipline, not a transactional service. That means slowing down to understand the business before we source a single candidate. It means being honest when a brief is wrong. And it means staying accountable for the outcome, not just the placement.

Over the past decade, we've worked with businesses across 5 industries — from fast-growing startups to established enterprises — and placed over 50 people into roles that genuinely moved their organisations forward.

What we stand for

Four principles we don't compromise on.

01

Outcomes over activity

We measure success by what happens after the hire, not by how many CVs we sent. Every engagement is judged on the result.

02

Honesty over comfort

We'll tell you when your brief is unrealistic, your timeline is too short, or your offer isn't competitive. That's what a real partner does.

03

Rigour in everything

We apply the same structured process to every search — whether it's a single hire or a full HR overhaul. No shortcuts.

04

Long-term relationships

94% of our clients come back. We build relationships that outlast individual engagements, because that's how we do our best work.

The team

People who've been in your seat.

Our consultants have worked inside businesses — not just alongside them. That experience shapes how we think about every engagement.

Work with a team that's invested in your outcome.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest discussion about where you are and where you want to be.
